Pork Kebabs

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 Pounds Pork Tender Loin
– 1/2 Teaspoon Finely Shredded Orange Peel
– 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
– 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce + 1/4 Cup Dry Sherry
– 2 Tablespoons Sliced Green Onions + 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
– 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
– 1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
– 3/4 Cup Water + 4 Teaspoons Cornstarch

Cooking Directions:

The Wonderful part of this dish is a good quality marinade. In a large bowl combine shredded orange peel, orange juice, soy sauce, dry sherry, onion, ground ginger, toasted sesame seeds and the minced garlic. Chop the pork tenderloin into bite size pieces. You can also tenderize meat to take on more marinade juice. Place the chopped pork into the mixing bowl mix well then place in fridge for 1-2 hours. If you plan to use wooden Skewers soke the wooden skewer in cold water at this time so they don’t burn on the Grill or Oven. Skewer Pork with your favorite Vegetables and Broil or Grill on high heat for 4-5 minutes Per side. Brushing with Marinate Often. Serve with rice.
